At Kaliope, we take great care in creating personalised products tailored to your specifications. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Personalised Items
As each item is custom-made, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect spelling or personalisation details provided by the customer. To avoid errors, please ensure all details are correct at the time of ordering.
Standard Items (Non-Personalised)
Standard items without customisation can be returned for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in re-saleable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or Damaged Items
During the customisation process, we spend face-to-face time with each product, allowing us to detect any defects or faults before shipping. However, If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at info@kaliope.com.au with photos and your order details, and we will assist you with a resolution. Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement for items that are faulty or damaged.

Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship Australia-wide using trusted courier services to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days. Please note that processing times for personalised items may extend the dispatch timeframe. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer international shipping at this time. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving customers across Australia.
